Circle Details:
* Each circle will start with a grounding meditation artfully guided by Amy, helping you center yourself and find inner peace. With open hearts, the we will engage in a thought-provoking discussion, exploring new and inspiring topics each month fostering a deep sense of sisterhood. Sharing is an integral part of the circle, where we all have the opportunity to express our thoughts, experiences, and feelings in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
* A highlight of the monthly gatherings is the tea ceremony, where we come together to savor the beauty of the present moment. As we sip on our teas, we are reminded of the value of mindfulness and gratitude in our lives.
* In August, we will also do a crystal blessing—where we gathers around the healing energy of crystals. This ritual enhances our spiritual connections, fosters intentions for growth and healing, and infuses the circle with a sense of sacredness. Each mama will get to leave with a crystal filled with intention.
