Self Defense Class

Our class will include a group discussion on how to avoid trouble in the first place including what we can do in order to be a much more challenging target for potential attackers. Followed by a self-defense class covering basic standing defense and ground techniques including basic strikes for self-defense and fundamental blocks and shields. This is going to be such a fun experience all while learning useful real-life self-defense skills specifically for women!
