This prenatal yoga workshop is designed specifically for expecting mothers. It is great for any body, regardless of whether you are already very active or are looking for ways to improve or increase mobility. The workshop promotes a space of mindfulness to ease labor and birth preparation and improve overall emotional wellness.

- By enrolling in this class, you verify that you are cleared for physical activity by your physician.
A steady practice may ease and reduce fatigue, pain, swelling, stress and other discomforts while deepening the bond with your child through increased body and mind awareness. During class we will cover benefits of yoga during pregnancy, how to approach movement through the trimesters, and flow through a Vinyasa sequence to put it all in practice. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. You are also welcome to bring yoga blocks and a blanket.
