Prenatal Yoga & Baby and Me Yoga Classes
Prenatal Yoga Classes are a great way for mamas-to-be to relax, calm down, strengthen and prepare for childbirth. During prenatal yoga classes, you will focus on your breathing and learn breathing techniques to help you reduce shortness of breath. It is also a great way to practice breathing through contractions. You will also focus on gentle stretches to help with discomfort.
Many pregnant women suffer from back pain, neck pain or hip pain – this is great to learn some stretches and postures to relieve stress in those areas. You will also learn a variety of postures to develop more flexibility and build some strength in your muscles needed for labor. The best part of the class is RELAXATION. You get to rest, enjoy beautiful music and connect with your body deeper.
