Mommy & Me Infant Class
Infant Class (3-6 months)
Join a group of new mommies who have babies around the same age as your little one. Our infant class is designed to give you deeper understanding of your baby’s development, speech/language and motor milestones, as well as give you tools to manage the difficult days of #momlife. This is your safe space to share your feelings and concerns, vent and cry. We are here to offer support and provide a nurturing environment. Connect with other moms and find your mommy tribe to get you through this incredible and challenging time. This infant class is designed for moms and babies 3-6 months old. During this 10-week class, you will learn about an array of topics. See below.

- Baby Basics – from bathing to soothing to play
- Fine & Gross Motor Development class with certified Pediatric Occupational Therapist
- Baby Sign Language Class
- Sleeping Advice from a certified sleep coach
- Staying Home vs. Going Back to Work Adjustment
- Self Care – talk about the body changes after baby and importance of taking care of YOU
- Mindfulness – coping with challenges of motherhood and postpartum depression/anxiety
- Marriage After Baby – counseling to help your marriage thrive using evidence based techniques (including Gottman Principles)
- Baby Safety – Tips on Baby-proofing
- Separation Anxiety & Play Development with Developmental Therapist
- Introducing Solid Foods and Baby Led Weaning with a certified Pediatric Occupational Therapist/SLP
- Car Seat Safety
- Sensory Play
Class Details:
- Each class is organized by babies’ birth months
- 10-week class series
- Class led by certified instructors, speech and language pathologist, clinical psychologist, occupational therapist, lactation nurse and more.
