The “Baby Care 101” class offered at The Mommy Center is designed for expecting parents to learn all the necessary information and skills for caring for their newborn baby. This comprehensive class covers a wide range of topics, from bringing your baby home, to swaddling, diapering, bathing, feeding, sleeping, and car seat safety. The class is taught by experienced and knowledgeable instructors who are dedicated to providing expectant parents with the confidence and knowledge they need to care for their little one. Baby Safety 101
Baby Safety 101: Infant and Toddler CPR
This CPR class is ideal for new parents, grandparents, babysitters, and anyone interested in learning the basics of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, choking interventions, baby-proofing your house, and other preventative safety practices to follow with an infant or toddler This course begins with a discussion of the purpose and steps of CPR and the circumstances where it may be required, followed by a demonstration of the skills. Thriving In The Fourth Trimester
This class is for all expecting families looking for support in their parenthood journey. We will cover topics specific to the Birth Giver, the Newborn(s), and the Family to help you feel prepared as you transition into the fourth trimester.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
