The “Baby Care 101” class offered at The Mommy Center is designed for expecting parents to learn all the necessary information and skills for caring for their newborn baby. This comprehensive class covers a wide range of topics, from bringing your baby home, to swaddling, diapering, bathing, feeding, sleeping, and car seat safety. The class is taught by experienced and knowledgeable instructors who are dedicated to providing expectant parents with the confidence and knowledge they need to care for their little one. Whether you’re a first-time parent or have experience with babies, this class is a must-attend for anyone looking to be well-prepared for their new arrival.
- The class is 90 minutes long followed by a Q&A session
- Participants will have a chance to practice swaddling & putting on a diaper on a baby doll
