Dads & Beer
We see you: working hard, taking care of the family and wanting to be your little one’s hero. Fatherhood is fun – but it is also challenging. There are a lot of expectations that come with becoming a dad as well as significant changes in the relationship. Studies show that 1 in 10 dads struggle with postpartum depression and anxiety. And 67% of couples report decreased marital satisfaction after having a baby. This is why we created the “Dads & Beer – A Daddy and Me Support Group”
During this 8 week session, you will learn how to be a more confident father and partner. This is your chance to vent, ask questions and connect with fellow dads who get it! Additionally, you get some alone time to bond with your baby and have fun!

You will discuss the following topics and get practical tips on how to improve your fatherhood experience:
- Fatherhood Adjustment/New Identity
- Marriage & Conflict Resolution
- Communication Skills
- Positive Parenting
- CPR & Infant Safety
